Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin size trundle, and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. Cats not permitted. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the entryway and actively monitoring the entry/driveway.
• Pack n’ Play and highchair included.

Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away.
