Grand Welcome Charlotte is owned by husband-and-wife team, Grant and Kirsten Childress. Kirsten and Grant became licensed realtors in North Carolina and have found their passion for serving others within that realm.
In 2019, they ventured into entrepreneurship and bought into real estate marketing/media franchise, Hommati, which they’ve successfully grown into a flourishing business. Kristen and Grant also own Grand Welcome Lake Norman just outside of Charlotte.
Vacation rental management was an obvious next step for the couple and now they are excited to bring Grand Welcome to Charlotte, providing the best homeowner and guest experience in the area.
